About us |
| What is BNI? BNI is the world's leading Business Referrral Organization. We are a business and professional networking organization that offers members the opportunity to share ideas, contacts and most importantly, referrals.
How is it organized? BNI functions as a series of Chapters, there are over 3,000 worldwide. Members attend their Chapter once a week and regional events as they like. They can also visit other Chapters. Each Chapter is run by the members and a leadership team is elected every 6 months. Each region is run on a franchise basis with full time staff handling the overall organization. Who are the Cheshire Oaks Chapter? We are based in Ellesmere Port on the Wirral and have been established for over 4 years. Find out more about the members here and the meeting logistics here. We are part of the BNI Chester and North Wales region. Who can join? Anyone can join, each Chapter is limited to one representative from each profession, for example one accountant or builder. Obviously there may be some overlap with larger organizations so please contact us if you are in any doubt. We have sole traders through to multinational organizations. How can I benefit? Networking is part of every business's Marketing plan and is usually informal and unstructured, based on trust and personal recommendation. BNI enables local businesses to meet on a regular basis and for members to build up the trust that encourages them to refer business to other members. What does it cost? There is an annual subscription fee and a monthly fee to cover room hire and breakfasts. Please contact us for more details. |
